University of Chichester (London and South East) Pathway information

The University of Chichester is very pleased to offer Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) with effect from January 2012.  The University of Chichester is the Prime Organisation in a Consortium of providers across London and the South East to deliver training, assessment and accreditation activity for EYPS.

The South East Early Years Consortium (SEEYC) partners are:

  • University of Brighton
  • Canterbury Christ Church University
  • University of Portsmouth
  • University of Winchester
  • Tribal Group

There are four EYPS pathways:

  • Graduate Practitioner Pathway (GPP)
  • Undergraduate Practitioner Pathway (UPP)
  • Graduate Entry Pathway (GEP)
  • Undergraduate Entry Pathway (UEP)

The Entry Pathways are designed for those who have no experience in early years but would like a career in this field.  Those already working with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum would follow a Practitioner Pathway.
